God’s children walk according to the Spirit. Those who are led by the Spirit are God’s children. Those who walk according to the flesh are the devil’s children.
Flesh and blood are not our enemy. It’s the spiritual forces that are manipulating them into doing the devil’s will that are.
The only weapon the devil has is deceit. He is a liar from the beginning. Humans are the battlefield. If the devil can trick people into believing lies, then they will act on them. All the sin in the world is the result of believing one lie. That lie? That choosing to disobey God is desirable.
The wages of sin is death. What do you earn by disobeying God? Death. What is God’s will? That we walk in love towards God and people. Is there anyone that’s righteous? Only Jesus. If you fail in one part of the Law you’ve failed in all parts of the Law. The Law says be holy as your Father in Heaven is holy. One act of unholiness makes you unholy. How can you be made clean once you’re defiled? Only through the sacrifice of Jesus.
We cannot save ourselves. We cannot make up for all our unrighteousness. Only repentance and forgiveness can cleanse us and make us whole again. Without repentance there is no forgiveness. Repentance means turning from our sin and following God. God is love. Follow the way of love. Loving others is obeying God’s will. Not loving others is sin.
God commands us to love one another. Anyone who does not love their brother, who they can see, does not love God, who they cannot see. Jesus said if you love Me, obey My commandments. How do we know if we love God? If we keep His commandments. His commandment is love. Anything not done in love is sin.
God is love. Walking in the Spirit is walking in love. If you’re loving all the people around you, you will please your Father in Heaven. If you see people as something other than souls that need to be loved, you’re walking in the flesh.
People need love. We were created to love and be loved. That’s God’s design. The world doesn’t honor that. The world exploits people for gain. Don’t be like the world. Be like God. Walk in perfect fellowship with the Holy Spirit. Be love. Walk in grace, love and the Spirit.

Father, forgive us for all of our sins. Forgive us for not walking in the love of God towards the people You have created. Help us to love like You love. Fill us afresh with Your Spirit. Let us be holy as You are holy. Amen.
