Why do you say that?
As a man thinks, so is he. If what you’re thinking is erroneous, it will lead you into error. Therefore, it is essential to know the truth and practice the truth.
What’s your why? Why live by faith? Why follow Jesus? Why do you do anything that you do? Who does it serve?
I’ve come to know the Holy Spirit of God. He will not lead me astray. My mind, my body, they will fail me, but God will never abandon me. How can I turn my back on Him?
When I rely on Him, things go smoothly. When I rely on my own strength and wisdom, things get off track quickly.
Experience has taught me that trusting and following the Lord is what works best in life. I recommend you rediscover your why.
Why do you follow Jesus?
Once you’ve found your why, God will show you how. Step by step. Day by day. Trust. Listen. Obey.

Our Father in Heaven, have mercy on us, O Lord. Lead us by Your Spirit. Let Your Kingdom come and Your will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven. Forgive us for putting our hope, faith and trust in anything or anyone besides You. Revive us again, O Lord. Amen.
Who can command things to happen without the Lord’s permission? Does not the Most High send both calamity and good? Then why should we, mere humans, complain when we are punished for our sins? Instead, let us test and examine our ways. Let us turn back to the Lord.
