I was overjoyed to find some of your children walking in truth, just as we have received a commandment to do from the Father. Now I ask you, lady, not as though I were writing to you a new commandment, but the one which we have had from the beginning, that we love one another. And this is love, that we walk according to His commandments. This is the commandment, just as you have heard from the beginning, that you are to walk in it.
For many deceivers have gone out into the world, those who do not acknowledge Jesus Christ as coming in the flesh. This is the deceiver and the antichrist. Watch yourselves, that you do not lose what we have accomplished, but that you may receive a full reward. Anyone who goes too far and does not remain in the teaching of Christ, does not have God; the one who remains in the teaching has both the Father and the Son. If anyone comes to you and does not bring this teaching, do not receive him into your house, and do not give him a greeting; for the one who gives him a greeting participates in his evil deeds.

It’s really easy to discern who actually knows Christ and is walking with Him. They love people unselfishly and seek to enrich the lives of others.
It’s really easy to discern who doesn’t actually know Christ and walk with Him. They don’t love people and seek to enrich themselves.
God commands us to love one another. If anyone strays from this teaching, they don’t know God. Remember this. It will save your life.
Jesus Christ is Lord. Love one another. That is the cornerstone and all the rest of the bricks in the building of God’s household.
If God doesn’t build the house, we labor in vain. If we’re doing something other than loving one another to build up the Church, we are fools who are perishing.
Return to your First Love and do not abandon Him again. There may not be another chance to repent before you perish. Just saying. Life is uncertain. Jesus is the same yesterday, today and forever.
Go in God. Go in love. Amen.
Father, reveal Your Church in power and love and soundness of mind. Amen.

Watch out that you do not lose what we have worked so hard to achieve. Be diligent so that you receive your full reward. Anyone who wanders away from this teaching has no relationship with God. But anyone who remains in the teaching of Christ has a relationship with both the Father and the Son.
If anyone comes to your meeting and does not teach the truth about Christ, don’t invite that person into your home or give any kind of encouragement. Anyone who encourages such people becomes a partner in their evil work.
