Christianity is not a philosophy. It’s not head knowledge or a way of thinking. It’s a way of life. It’s The Way of Love.
God loves you. God is Our Heavenly Father. Father knows best. If God tells you something, what is the logical response? That’s right. Believe it and act on it. That’s walking by faith.
Walking by faith is walking with God. Our faith is counted as righteousness. Believe what God says? That’s righteousness.
Ignore what God says? That’s foolishness and disobedience. The wide road to destruction.
The choice is yours. You always have a choice.
Will I obey God? Will I love people like He commands me to? Or will I be selfish and work against the interests of others?
If God tells you to do something it’s because He wants you to glorify Him and love other people on His behalf. Our obedience is to love like God.
If you’re not walking in love, you’re sinning. Repent. That’s the road to destruction. Love is the answer.
Martin Luther King, Jr. knew that we are all equal in God’s eyes. Everyone deserves love. Everyone is loved by God. We’re all created in the image of God, we appear as humans in this world. What are we doing? Are we loving everyone equally all the time? Or are we on the road to hell?
The choice is yours.
As for me and my household, we will obey the voice of the Lord. We will obey His command to love like Christ.
May the Lord open your eyes to the Truth. Amen.
Father in Heaven, forgive Your People and their disobedience and willful rebellion. Convict our hearts until we repent. Let Love be the mark of the true Church. Then the lost will come in. Amen.
Everyone who sins is breaking God’s law, for all sin is contrary to the law of God. And you know that Jesus came to take away our sins, and there is no sin in him. Anyone who continues to live in him will not sin. But anyone who keeps on sinning does not know him or understand who he is.
Dear children, don’t let anyone deceive you about this: When people do what is right, it shows that they are righteous, even as Christ is righteous.
But when people keep on sinning, it shows that they belong to the devil, who has been sinning since the beginning. But the Son of God came to destroy the works of the devil.
Those who have been born into God’s family do not make a practice of sinning, because God’s life is in them. So they can’t keep on sinning, because they are children of God.
So now we can tell who are children of God and who are children of the devil. Anyone who does not live righteously and does not love other believers does not belong to God.
This is the message you have heard from the beginning: We should love one another.
