Since we believe human testimony, surely we can believe the greater testimony that comes from God. And God has testified about his Son.
And this is what God has testified: He has given us eternal life, and this life is in his Son. Whoever has the Son has life; whoever does not have God’s Son does not have life. I have written this to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, so that you may know you have eternal life.

What makes you feel alive?
Do you feel alive? Do you feel excited about the future? Are you overjoyed when you get together with your friends and family? Is love, joy and peace the fruit of your life and your lips?
If not, stop what you’re doing.
It’s obviously not working.
Return to Sender.
Verify you are hearing correctly from God. The fruit of the Spirit is the confirmation that you are walking with God. If your life is fruitless, it shows the absence of God’s Spirit working in you.
Here’s the deal. God wants you to be alive forever and always. If you don’t believe that Jesus died to free you from the power of the evil one and the penalty for your sin, you’re still dead inside. Wake up and smell the Good News.
It’s so simple you need someone to help you misunderstand it.
Walking with Jesus is not about religion. It’s an eternal relationship with the God who created the universe with a word.
Do you believe? You have eternal life. You have abundant life. Simply abide. Abide in His love.
Forget all the lies that the world and misguided people taught you. Ask God to forgive you for believing those lies and acting on them. He is always eager to forgive those who repent.
What does it mean to repent? To change the way you think and act.
God can change your mind. Only you can change the way you act.
Do you believe? Receive the Holy Spirit baptism. There is no Church without the Day of Pentecost. There is no guidance without the Spirit leading you.
Fall on your knees and repent, merchants of iniquity. God will not be mocked. Your days are numbered. Mine are not.
Bless the Lord, O my soul and all that is within me.
Give us wisdom, Lord, to walk out the straight path you have set before us. Amen.
