The Head of Household Sets The Standard

God’s written Word to humanity, the Scriptures, the Bible, is not a public policy manual.

It’s a love letter to the Church.

It teaches us what love is and what love is not. It all points to Jesus.

The written Word is not living and active. The Living Word is. Rhema. The spoken Word of God is alive and active and is sharper than any two edged sword. It pierces the heart.

Let’s talk about what God is doing.

He’s birthing a genuine Haus church movement.

Who is the head of your household?

House church leaders need to be equipped to lead well.

The mind is a gate keeper under control of oneself.

The heart has no such defense mechanism.

Speak to people’s hearts not their minds.

Only God can change our hearts.

But they respond to Truth when they hear it if they’re alive.

Ask God to do what only He can do.

You are the gatekeeper of your soul.

God is the master of your soul.

Think like a disciple making missionary not the CEO of a business.

Don’t make consumers of a one way broadcast.

Make broadcasters of the word of God.

Collaboration with others brings real change.

Being a boss chokes out the life of the Spirit.

Bosses crush souls.

Fathers love and affirm their children.

Don’t make robotic clones.

Model correctly a real relationship with God.

Walk with God.

Talk with God.

What did you hear? What did He say?

Trust, listen and obey.

Allow me to demonstrate.

Father in Heaven, what is Your will for us today?

To be a light in the wilderness. To show people in dark places the truth of the message by the lives of the messengers. I will confirm My Word with miracles, signs and wonders. I have never changed. I am the same yesterday, today and forever. I am the Lord Jesus Christ whom you serve. I will be your Father today. And every day that you obey, you’ll find Me again in your heart. Please My child, rest. I have given My Word to My servants. You’re not alone. You can rest now.

Savior, come! Save us from our self-willed destructive natures. Be a light again in the hearts of men and women and all those who are bound by a spirit of identity confusion. Amen.
