Build your house on the rock they say.
What is that rock? The revelation that Jesus Christ is Lord.
If He is your God, then He directs your steps.
“Therefore, everyone who hears what I say and obeys it will be like a wise person who built a house on rock. Rain poured, and floods came. Winds blew and beat against that house. But it did not collapse, because its foundation was on rock.
“Everyone who hears what I say but doesn’t obey it will be like a foolish person who built a house on sand. Rain poured, and floods came. Winds blew and struck that house. It collapsed, and the result was a total disaster.”

Suffer with me, like a good soldier of Christ. You know that a good soldier does not get tangled up in civilian affairs.
The Kingdom of God is not concerned about material things, worldly ways, the wisdom of man.
Instead, we place all of our trust in the Living God.
As you trust in God, He promises to restore your sanity and health, support your life here on Earth, and He will strengthen you by His Spirit, and he will place you on a firm foundation.
What is that foundation? Jesus Christ the Merciful.
Build your house on the rock. And you will not be shaken when everything that can be shaken is removed once and for all.
Come, Lord Jesus, come.
Let’s place our trust in the Lord today.
Let’s remember all that He’s done.
Today is just a day. Everything is in God’s hands. Even the very details of our lives.
Trust, listen and obey our wonderful Saviour. His voice is crying out.
Who will go with Me?
Here I am, Lord. I’ll walk with You. I’ve got nothing better to do.
Give your life to Me and you’ll see, I gave My life to you.
Father in Heaven, we rejoice when we remember all the goodness You’ve shown us, the least deserving of Your saints. Be glorified today in Heaven and on Earth. We come to You humbly, to stop our rebellion, and to trust, listen and obey. Give us wisdom, to not run away from Your Presence. Amen.
