I asked God this morning what I should share with the believers who read this. He said, “Tell them I am coming back for a pure and spotless Bride.”
Those who say they live in God should live their lives as Jesus did.
1 John 2:6 NLT
God is encouraging us to live holy lives in these last days.
I don’t know how much more time we have left to live on this planet but I want to be ready when Jesus Christ returns. I pray that we’d all been ready.
Lord Jesus, prepare us for Your imminent return. In Your Name I pray. Amen.
And further, submit to one another out of reverence for Christ.
For wives, this means submit to your husbands as to the Lord. For a husband is the head of his wife as Christ is the head of the church. He is the Savior of his body, the church. As the church submits to Christ, so you wives should submit to your husbands in everything.
For husbands, this means love your wives, just as Christ loved the church. He gave up his life for her to make her holy and clean, washed by the cleansing of God’s word. He did this to present her to himself as a glorious church without a spot or wrinkle or any other blemish. Instead, she will be holy and without fault.
