Remember Me

‭“Then the King will say to those on his right, ‘Come, you who are blessed by my Father, inherit the Kingdom prepared for you from the creation of the world. For I was hungry, and you fed me. I was thirsty, and you gave me a drink. I was a stranger, and you invited me into your home. I was naked, and you gave me clothing. I was sick, and you cared for me. I was in prison, and you visited me.’”

Matthew 25:34-36 NLT‬

Remember Me, says the Lord.

Remember Me, when you take communion.

Remember Me, when you take Me with you wherever you go.

Remember Me, when you share My love with others who are lost, hurting, broken, downcast.

Remember Me, in your soul.

Remember Me, in your coming.

Remember Me, in your going.

Remember Me, in the outcast.

Remember Me, in the alone.

Remember Me, I am coming back again, to make all things right.

There is nothing so insignificant that I do not notice it.

There is nothing hidden from My gaze.

‭“Then these righteous ones will reply, ‘Lord, when did we ever see you hungry and feed you? Or thirsty and give you something to drink? Or a stranger and show you hospitality? Or naked and give you clothing? When did we ever see you sick or in prison and visit you?’

“And the King will say, ‘I tell you the truth, when you did it to one of the least of these my brothers and sisters, you were doing it to me!’”

Matthew 25:37-40 NLT‬

The Father above loves all of His children, near and far. There are no favorites in His Kingdom. We’re all sons and daughters.

Lord God in Heaven, help us to see our fellow human beings as You do. To see them as people that You died for, and rose again for, so that they can know the love God has for them and the joys of fellowshipping with You, Our Creator. Help us to represent You well here on this Earth until You come again. Help us, O God, to be the Church that loves like You do. Help us, God, each and everyone, to know You more intimately and to walk with You in the fellowship of the Holy Spirit. Amen in Jesus’ Name.

‭Whoever is generous to the poor lends to the Lord, and he will repay him for his deed.
