And they spent all of their time in the Temple, praising God.
Luke 24:53 NLT
Upon meeting Jesus after He had been resurrected from the dead, His disciples were filled with great joy and worshipped Him.
Before He baptized them with the Holy Spirit, they were all gathered together and they worshipped, prayed and praised Him continually.
When the Holy Spirit was given, He sent them out with power to be His witnesses. Wherever they went and preached the Gospel of the Kingdom, He worked with them, confirming the Word with miracles, signs and wonders.
Some things never change.
Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever.
Hebrews 13:8 NLT
Jesus is still alive. Jesus is still all powerful. Jesus is still sending His disciples as His Father sent Him.
Walk in wisdom. Walk in power. Walk in peace. There is nothing that can stop what God is doing. Therefore, rejoice in your eternal salvation and be a peacemaker.
Come, Lord Jesus, come. Fill every heart with Your Love. Fill every mind with Your Truth. Fill every mouth with Your Praise. Be unto us God, most holy and wise, the giver of life eternal, the Savior of all mankind.
Believe and you will be saved. Repent and you will be forgiven. Be baptized and you will be declared clean and resurrected from a lifestyle of death. Let go and you will rise above. Give glory to God and He will share His glory with you. Live forever and do the works of Jesus as the Spirit leads you to. Amen.
Father in Heaven, thank You for revealing Jesus Christ as Lord and Messiah to us today. Let us share the Good News with others everyday, too. May the whole world hear and obey. In Jesus’ Name we pray. Amen.
