Home Is Where The Heart Is

‭By this we know that we remain in Him and He in us, because He has given to us of His Spirit.

1 John 4:13 NASB2020‬

Do you ever doubt your salvation?

Do you ever wonder if you can lose your relationship with God?

Let me ask you, once you’re born, can you be unborn?

Can you go back to being fed by an umbilical cord?

I think we can all agree that would be impossible.

It’s like a butterfly going back to being a caterpillar.

It just can’t happen.

How can we be so sure?

Can God die?

No.

Once God is in you, you’re changed forever.

Have you received new life through the Holy Spirit?

Then you have inherited eternal life.

Nothing can take that away from you.

Rejoice.

Nothing can separate you from God now.

There is now therefore no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.

How do you know if you’re in Christ and Christ is in you?

Do you love people?

If so, you know.

Now go and make disciples.

Teach people the Way.

Trust, listen and obey.

Walk with Jesus everyday.

Father, we thank You for saving us. We thank You for the gift of eternal life. We thank You for living in us and transforming us into the likeness of Your Son. Let Your will be done through us according to Your will. Amen.

We have seen and testify that the Father has sent the Son to be the Savior of the world. Whoever confesses that Jesus is the Son of God, God remains in him, and he in God.
