I have come to the conclusion that God is who He says He is.
He is the Lord of Heaven and Earth.
His house is bigger than any man-made temple. His temple isn’t made of wood or stone.
We are the temple of God, everyone of us who has been born again of the Spirit of God. There’s no building big enough to hold us all.
The temple worship service no longer exists. It was torn down ages ago. There are no further sacrifices that need to be made. The ultimate sacrifice was made once and for all. We have become one new humanity in Christ.
The Holy Spirit is our teacher, reminding us of everything that Jesus taught. The Lord is our Shepherd. Christ in a relationship with God the Father and us, His People, is bringing all things to Christ.
Christ is the Head. We are the Body. Heaven and Earth collide and become one. A new Heaven and a new Earth are coming. This one is destined for destruction. But don’t worry about that. God’s people will never be destroyed.
Rejoice in your salvation and spread the Gospel before the end comes. Once it’s over, it’s over. Preaching will no longer be necessary.
It’s time to walk with the Lord. That will never go out of style.
King Jesus, we submit to Your Lordship today. You are the Lord of Heaven and Earth. Prepare us for Your imminent return. Amen.
