What’s your ultimate goal in life? What’s the most important thing to you?
I think all the possibilities can be boiled down into two options: the glorification of self or the glory of God.
You can only serve one master. You decide who that is for yourself. Are you self seeking or God seeking?
Sin is the fruit of self seeking thoughts and behaviors. Righteousness is the fruit of seeking God and His Kingdom.
The flesh leads us into carnal mindedness which leads to sinful thoughts, words and actions. The Spirit of God leads us into all that is good, holy, pure, righteous and true.
Now, the effects of the corrupt nature are obvious: illicit sex, perversion, promiscuity, idolatry, drug use, hatred, rivalry, jealousy, angry outbursts, selfish ambition, conflict, factions, envy, drunkenness, wild partying, and similar things.
I’ve told you in the past and I’m telling you again that people who do these kinds of things will not inherit God’s kingdom.
But the spiritual nature produces love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. There are no laws against things like that.

The world system preys on the weaknesses of carnally minded men and women. Satan appeals to our pride and ego to lure us into temptation which eventually leads to death. Don’t let the enemy into your thought life. Put on the helmet of salvation.
We’re saved by faith. We live by faith. To Christ we ascend by faith. Keep the faith.
We all know the familiar refrain of an unsatisfied customer. They’re seeking their own satisfaction. That’s the way the world works.
The Kingdom of God is not like the world.
We seek to please God, not people. We serve God, not the enemy. We do God’s will, not our own.
Who is the manager of your life? Is it God or someone else? I’d like to speak to the manager. God, what is Your will for me today?
If you have faith, if you trust God, then the responsibility to manage your life is on Him! You’ve been relieved of duty. You’re not in charge anymore. God is, and He always was.
We’re just dust. To dust we will return. Every created thing will burn in the fire. What are we doing with our lives?
Were they ours ever to begin with? Or are they a gift from God? To be used by God? To give God glory?
There’s more to your story. Let it be done according to God’s will.

Father in Heaven, forgive us of our sins. Forgive us for being deceived by the enemy into living our lives according to the flesh. We renounce any partnership we have had with evil and repent to holiness today. Give us the desires of our heart. Our heart’s desire is to abide with You forever. Save us, O God, from ourselves. Amen.
Let me explain further. Live your life as your spiritual nature directs you. Then you will never follow through on what your corrupt nature wants.
