Saved By Faith

‭I will hear what God the Lord will say; for He will speak peace to His people, to His godly ones; and may they not turn back to foolishness.

Psalms 85:8 NASB2020‬

Have faith. I have rescued you from foolishness, says the Lord. Now, don’t return back to it.

Peace comes from knowing the Lord.

Peace is an outcome of having a relationship with God.

Why is there peace?

Because we know that we know that we know, that we are known and we are loved by the One who saves us from the wrath to come.

‭And by the same word, the present heavens and earth have been stored up for fire. They are being kept for the day of judgment, when ungodly people will be destroyed.

2 Peter 3:7 NLT‬

There is no way that God will allow evil to persist forever. We know what is written in Scripture. We trust in God. We know that no one is good, not even one. We know that we cannot be saved by anyone except Jesus. We accept that Jesus Christ is Lord and Jesus is Messiah. In that, we find our peace.

‭I am leaving you with a gift—peace of mind and heart. And the peace I give is a gift the world cannot give. So don’t be troubled or afraid.

John 14:27 NLT

Rest in the love of God. Rejoice in your salvation. What needs to be added? Nothing. What needs to be taken away? Only sin. Jesus provided a sacrifice for sin. He eliminated the fear of condemnation. If you believe, you are saved by faith. Your faith makes you righteous in God’s eyes.

Become clean by faith. Stay clean by walking in faith. Don’t worry. God loves you. You can trust Him. Trust Jesus. Listen to the Holy Spirit. Obey your Heavenly Father. To know and walk with God, is there anything else worthwhile in this life?

Father in Heaven, save us. Reveal Your undying love and faithfulness to us. Heal our hearts. Heal our minds. Heal our bodies we pray, in Jesus’ Name. Amen.

‭When I am raised to life again, you will know that I am in my Father, and you are in me, and I am in you.

Those who accept my commandments and obey them are the ones who love me. And because they love me, my Father will love them. And I will love them and reveal myself to each of them.
