We are free from the Law.
There’s no religious overlay of rules and regulations upon our lives that we must carry out to remain in fellowship with the Lord of All Creation.
Jesus reconciles us back to the Father. Not our effort. Not our striving.
We are going back to the Father. Knowing this, we serve others in love.
Father in Heaven, thank You for saving us by an act of Your divine will. Thank You for sending Jesus to be the atoning sacrifice for the sins of the world. Thank You for revealing Christ as Lord to our hearts. May God’s will be done in all our lives. Amen.
For the whole law can be summed up in this one command: “Love your neighbor as yourself.”
